Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are:

• Unused and in original condition
• Returned with original packaging and tags
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Shipping & Refunds

In most cases, returns are free for main centres.

For remote or outlying areas where courier costs are significantly higher, an additional return shipping fee may apply. If applicable, we’ll confirm the cost with you before arranging the return.

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
