Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email or SMS.
Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Fees
- Free Shipping: Orders over R600 to main centres.
- Flat Rate Shipping: R99 for orders below R600.
- Regional Surcharge: Additional fees may apply for remote or outlying areas.
Final shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
